Easter is an important religious holiday for Orthodox Christians. It is celebrated at the end of Lent, after forty days of fasting. Easter is dedicated to the resurrection of Jesus Christ and people say “Christ is Risen” on that day. Passion Week precedes the Easter and special days are Passion Thursday and Good Friday.
