Batumi is a seaside city on the Black Sea coast and capital of Adjara, an autonomous republic in Georgia. Batumi is one of the most interesting and nice cities in South Caucasus. It is in subtropical zone and therefore is rich of citruses, tea and other fruits.
Batumi has a large sea port which makes the city strategically important business and commercial center in Transcaucasus. The city is situated 22 km from Turkey and is the last stop for oil pipeline, railway and big commercial tracks
